Wellmann Roasting started the way the best things do — in the kitchen, with family, and a deep love for a truly exceptional cup of coffee. What began as weekend experiments with green beans and a home roaster slowly became an obsession. We refined our craft batch by batch, cup by cup, until friends and family kept coming back for more. Today we're still that same family business — just with a proper roaster and the same commitment to freshness and quality that started it all.
